that bouncy thing looks like it evolved rather wrong..
Now for the creme de la creme of cephalopods. The mimic octopus

This is a seasnake on the left, and a mimic octopus on the right

Flounder on the left, mimic octopus on the right

mantis shrimp left, en the octopus in on the right

The mimic octopus has over a dozen of disguises like this.. I predict it will be the death of us all.. Outsmarted by an octopus

The ability of some cephalopods to imitate textures and colors and stuff blows my mind.  Boom!

How do Starfish eat?
Starfish eat by surrounding their prey with their arms. <--- Okay
Then, they push their stomach out through their mouths. <--- Wut?  :?
Finally, starfish push their stomachs against their prey and digest it.  <--- fucking hell!!

I love sea stars. Their catch connective tissue means they can be squishy and flexible enough to wrap an arm around a sponge or get into a small crevice, and they can change it to freeze into position and become so stiff that a predator couldn't pull them out of the crevice or that they could bear the weight of an average sized human on one arm - out of the water.

I can tell you that the first photo is a trick of perspective and that rays can jump out of the water but can't fly at all.

BUT the two protrusions on the front of it are knives and it will stab you if you go near the water ever again.

Nahhh, some rays are that big.

But most rays themselves are usually quite gentle and a damn sight less dangerous than there nearst relative (sharks).

Oh no no no no.

Wiki:
The manta ray (Manta birostris), is the largest of the rays, with the largest known specimen having been more than 7.6 m (about 25 ft) across, with a weight of about 2,300 kg (about 5,000 lb). It ranges throughout tropical waters of the world, typically around coral reefs.

Not a trick at alllllllllllllll. Fuckers are HUGE.

Cuttlefish are amazing but not at all scary. Hell, one of the commentors on the YouTube video mistakenly referred to them as "cuddle fish"!

I'm pretty sure a 25ft Mantaray could fit you in his mouth. So that's a YES.
