The Velveteen Rabbit. I'm not sure if it's actually considered a classic, but it's always been my favorite, although I have never owned a copy.
Along the same lines... what's your favorite "children's" story/fairytale?

I believe it was a called "The Juniper Tree" or something like that. The evil stepmother beheads her stepson, serves the corpse to his father, and then a bird drops a millstone on his head. I left out quite a few details, but even with those in, it still doesn't make much sense. It's pretty awesome.
What TV shows do you watch religiously (or if TV is not applicable, what book series do you read religiously?)

Shows: Lost, because my damned friend was watching it so I did, and now I have to find out what the heck happens.

Do you have a good luck item, like a lucky penny or a lucky sweater or a lucky pencil? If so, how did it become lucky, and what luck has befallen you from its use?

I have quite a few lucky things. My favourite is a small toy puppy that my brother gave me, he never became lucky, he just sort of, was. The best example of his powers was when I did my gold swimming test and passed easily despite being in the grip of flu. (I also have a six leafed clover which prevented me failing maths)
What, for you, makes a girl/boyfriend a keeper?
