Did a bit of a search, couldn't see any mention of this comic. It's been going for at least 6 years now, if a bit spasmodically.
The guy's website has a few different comics, all of which are clip-art based and really absurd. I adore it all so much I'm going to have to babble at length. Sorry.
I guess he's most famous for
Get Your War On, which is about current events in America. I found it super refreshing in the wake of September 11, can't believe it's kept going for 5 1/2 years. It's the only political strip he does.
Anyway,

The Adventures Of Confessions of St Augustine Bear is just odd. I guess all of Confessions Of St Augustine Bear's dialogue comes from the classic Christian text? He does have an amazing name. This strip goes insane in many ways, stops for bizarre advertising breaks that link to fake ad agencies with their own sites and so on. I thought Achewood's characters having blogs was a cool bit of internet whatever, but this is extra ridiculous.
