It is incongruous because the boyscouts are a very christian-run organization and very anti-gay. It seems odd to me that someone would choose to work for an institution that is so openly and vocally intolerant of their lifestyle.

All of the dudes I know who were in boy scouts basically made it sound like the gayest experience of their lives.
