The first thing I thought on seeing that photo was not that it was odd to put a Hello Kitty hat on a cat, but that it had included the whisker lines, seeing how cats supply their own.

maybe the hat is intended for babies...or a different animal? i don't know. accesories for animals/babies are stupid.
