You're under 21 right? I just traded my New York license for Illinois and it is horizontal. What brittany described is true of a lot of states, that the license is vertical if you are under 21.

yeah, i believe a lot of states give vertical IDs if you're under 21 now.

Hi all, I'll play!
The first one is my old Connecticut license, but I don't really have a proper photo. I only wanted to highlight the mistake they made. The second two are the only ones I had on me here. I like how I span nations. Australia punched the hole in my MA one.
