If there is anything I will wear to post in this thread, it will have nothing to do with armbands. I don't know why but maybe this has something to do with it:

That's not what I was referring to. In the 1910s and 1920s they used to wear stretchy little armband things right above the elbow- they kinda looked like garters. No swastikas involved.
