Praise Be To All Gods, Okami Is Coming To The Wii
Ninja-bot:
It's pretty, but it's no Zelda.
That said, Twilight Princess was no Zelda either. I think I'm just growing tired of the way these adventure/action games have been playing since we all made the jump into 3D in the 90s.

take it back
Ozymandias:
Okami was twenty times the Zelda game Twilight Princess was.
Waaaay better and more creative. Very excited for this as long as it's a full, intelligent conversion and not just a shoehorning of the controls. Of course, RE4 turned out wonderful, so I'm not too worried.
Storm Rider:
Why is it impossible to like both Okami and Twilight Princess? I don't understand that. Okami was stunningly beautiful and had some innovative mechanics, TP had better combat and boss battles because you weren't confined to that tiny circle like in Okami.
That being said, I really want to see the first true Zelda game on the Wii, rather than a Gamecube port that they slapped the control scheme onto because they needed to get it out for the launch. Not to say that the control scheme didn't work fine, but after Phantom Hourglass I really think they can do something more creative with Zelda on the Wii if they're given the time to start it from scratch.
ackblom12:
Oh thank god. I was going to finally break down and buy the game for my PS2, but I don't want to drag the damn thing out of the closet.
