Please don't quote the post above you. It's something of a rule here and it irritates people when others do it. Also, you are quite mistaken in assuming no one will buy a cd if they already have a downloaded copy. The CD is about higher quality, artwork, and the presentation of the music that the musicians intended, none of which you get with a download. Furthermore, many people have a) bought the boxset (which is overpriced for what it contains and therefore is making the band a tidy profit. B) Paid a respectable amount of money for the download itself, so the band is making money off of that. The average donation is certainly charitable and a pretty good deal for Radiohead just for some mp3 files C) will buy the CD as well. I, for one, am in the latter category since I enjoy having music in its intended form. You are assuming everyone who wants the album has simply downloaded it for free and won't consider buying it and that's a foolish and inaccurate assumption to make.
You said the album was a complete turn around and therefore you don't like it. Could you be more specific? What songs, for example, do you find particularly offensive and why?
