I significantly doubt there is a coypright law saying you can't have a book and a band sharing names.

@celticgeek: I have that movie and I can honestly say it is one of the most disappointing films ever. Great concept, but srsly, the movie was like 10 years newer than the original Star Wars and the special effects were that bad?
@Johnny: It's not so much a copyright law I'm worried about. I'm worried people will think I read Anne McCaffrey. Nothing against those who do, but fantasy stuff just weirds me out.
