Always properly tag your music
Mnementh:
I know it probably doesn't need mention here, but seriously, always tag your music properly.
I'm so angry over this that I am going to go buy the album on compact disc and report this torrent. I wasted 300+ megabytes and 24 hours downloading this only to find that some dude managed to turn this recording of La Traviata (click for original track listing) into this:
Johnny C:
My favourite poor tags are always the ones that forget disc number, album, capital letters or some combination of the three.
There are some seriously dumb taggers out there. It's not like it's tough.
IronOxide:
It is indeed not hard, as 99.5% of albums will be ripped with correct tracks when you rip the CD using any kind of not shitty program.
Even most of the shitty ones do it now.
Mnementh:
That's what pisses me off so much. It takes effort to screw up tags that much, especially to turn a two disc set into a three disc compilation. Further, if one is tagging it manually, could you at least be consistent about how you name tracks and the like?
Seriously. I shouldn't be as mad as I am, but it set off my OCD.
Johnny C:
No, you totally should.
Since OiNK is now basically just down I should go in and completely re-organize my iTunes folder. Some of them are tagged so poorly it's embarrassing for me personally.
