Also, hair down or up? My hair is naturally curly, but I really hate wearing my hair curly. So I won't even go there...

Bangs down.
Hair down when possible but up looks nice too.

RWS you have pretty eyes, you should wear your bangs up to show them off more.

Hmm.. That's tough, but I'm going to have to say up, too.

I generally find girls more attractive with their hair tied back though, so my opinion is a bit biased.

Ballard:
I am the opposite way. I only ever see girls with their hair up and I think they look beautiful when they let it down.
