Wait right above eye level isn't really that short-it'd be like the guy's in Normz photo, and she could still side sweep em only she would be able to see out of both eyes! Though I think right above the cheek-below the eye (ie not really that much shorter than what she already has) would be most fitting for her, because it would bring out the cheekbones more.

Normz, personally I like the shorter cut on you better, but the color in the second one.

normz:
see the only thing i dont like about shorter hair is that it is too much effort cause i am always having to straighten it whereas with longer hair if i wake up with it all curly i can put it in a ponytail ... also i cant do the QUIFF

or other awesome variations on up-dos

BrittanyMarie:
Longer it is, then! Both look nice anyway.

I just get all confused when I hear that shorter hair is harder to maintain, since I have chin-length kinda wavy hair and all I ever do post-shower is maybe put a little mouse or styling cream, then walk out the door. When my hair was elbow-length, I always had to blow it dry (which took forever) and straighten it (since it was shitty wave when long).

Liz:
With curly hair, between chin and shoulder length is definately the easiest to take care of. I have discovered this through trial and error.
