Several times on this forum I have expressed my desires to bed somebody, and I'm still not 100% certain on what their gender is.

You really would not be being an asshole if you politely told this guy to take out the piercing. The jewelry will only continue to irritate the scar and it will keep getting bigger. He's probably just hoping that it will go away. It won't.
