Edit: Okay I need hair advice. I want to dye my hair. Here is what it looks like. (apologies for the bluriness, my camera is being a bitch.)
I am personally thinking about dying it blue, but I want to see if the internet has any other suggestions. DO YOU INTERNETS?

The trouble with blue is that you usually have to bleach it first, and then the blue very quickly fades and leaves you with a kind of murky green. Same with pink (except it goes orange). If you were prepared to re-dye regularly that could look good! Personally I like your hair colour how it is, but if you want to dye it then please for god's sake do not dye it black with a pink or blue streak, or I will get you mixed up with at least three of my friends.
No offence to anyone with black hair with a coloured streak, it can look very nice but also very samey when you spend your whole day with it.

Don't color the whole thing blue! I do like when bits peek out because you still have the color, but a whole head of a bright color makes your face look... not bright... in comparison. Dull, washed out, etc. And you're really cute and I would be a little sad if you got less cute.
I have a little diagonal stripe of blue in the back of my head, and it's very visible but it doesn't frame my face at all. Since we have about the same color hair naturally, yours will probably act like mine will in that you won't see it if you don't bleach first. I color mine about once a month, but I like the color it fades to in that time on me (a pretty light teal color) so you would maybe want to do yours more often.
