It looked great at tronnocon. I have trouble imagining you with shorter hair. I mean, if you cut off a few inches more it may not matter much, but i don't think drastic shortening would be a good idea. I doubt that's what you had in mind anyhoo.

Your hair's super curly, right? (The nice tight kind I'm jealous of) If you cut it shorter, won't it be annoyingly pouffy?  Mid-back seems like a great length to me.

Lines:
I like your long hair a lot. I guess you could cut a few more inches off, but I wouldn't go too far above your shoulder blades.
