Sounds like it's gone the way of the English V Festival pretty damn quickly. Over here, V tends towards sub-par line ups and a crappy atmosphere. No fun.

I'm actually grateful I don't live in Australia. Being that close to such a concentration of bad music sounds scary.

Yeah, you did. It's, at the most, a three day drive and it is far from easy due to the treacherous coastal highways.
