I think one. The name seems to read comfortably out loud with three "outs".

You know, "It Shoulda Been Lars" would be a pretty great band name, provided it was an alias, and only used for fifteen minutes.

I dunno. When I'm telling someone about them, I get bored after the second "out". Great music, though.
