It just pisses me off when you hear people say 'oh I like to drink cider' but when you say 'oh what ones do you like' they say 'Magners'.
Personally I drink Westons stuff, and at work we have this boxed cider by them called Old Rosie, a proper scrumpy cider, flat and cloudy. Only problem is at 7.3% more than a couple of pints at the start of a night does you in.

Coors light is one of my favorite beers to get cold hammered on.

Fair enough, I've just gotten used to the idea that vodka is basically bleach.
Magners has a plasticky feel/smell. It's revolting.

Coors Light has a fairly plain, simple, light taste. It's not bad, it's just a little bit bland. Which is probably why you (Blanktom) like it; you said you haven't really had a lot of beer before so you've not yet acquired the taste of stronger beers. Personally I find Coors Light great if I've been doing some sort of hard work and am just looking for something refreshing to cool off with.

I mean it could be beer 30 or Keystone or whatever. It is defintely a good beer for drinking with people who are worried about calories.
