The only (remotely) famous person i've met is Bill Oddie, and that was in Ikea in Wembley.

I didn't really "meet" him, though, more like "Hey, can I get an autograph?" and "Yeah, sure.". I think I've lost it, though, which kinda sucks :/

But yeah, he's pretty damn awesome. More football players/people should be like him.

ETA: I'd love to meet Bjørn Dæhlie. He's just..awesome. He was an idol of mine when I was a kid, and I wasn't even that into skiing.

My mum met Robert plant who lent her his coat, thought that was pretty cool. I personally havn't met anyone famous though.
