I would have to check with my mother, seeing as how my pathetic ass still living with her is the only reason I'm able to be here, but it's not like she hasn't had her own inter-nets people come stay without either of us ever having met the person before.

A one-way flight to your place is just £90? Tempting, just for the hilarious photo ops, given that you're like, 3ft taller than I am.

Not Scotland?
Pubs in Scotland can only legally operate between 12pm and 12am except for rare occasions where they use one of their late licences (I think they get 3 a year, and most pubs will save them for christmas and new year) which means they can stay open till 3am. Shops can only sell alcohol from 12pm till 10pm and drinking alcohol in the street is illegal. England actually has far less strict drinking laws than Scotland.

I'd be quite happy to have you, Darryl. And that's round-trip, not one way, if I remember correctly. Either way it really is a hell of a deal. Just do it before May, I hope to be moving to the States more permanently then.
