I'd say Kyuss, and then I realized that's just because I listen to them pretty much all the time anyway.

Dark Ambient/Drone is good for running, as opposed to fast music. Fast music can subconsciously set your pace for you, and it may be too fast (and tire you out quicker) or too slow (so you don't go fast enough). With drone and ambient you can pretty much set your own pace and it relaxes and puts me in the right mindset for running.
As for weightlifting, normally grindcore. Because I'm wierd.

Well since Im normally lifting weights in the gym I go for metal to get the adrenaline flowing. But Im going to guess, and I may be making false assumptions here, that you neither regularly listen to metal or lift weights so my suggestion would be whatever music you enjoy as it should keep up going.
