I wouldn't mind. One of my favorite memories actually was burying my cat Leonard back in 5th grade. It was really sad, but my brother cracked a joke about how damn fat the cat had gotten and how big the hole needed to be and from then on was high comedy. Poor fat cat. And then there's my best friend from high school. We still laugh at a bunch of the dumb shit she did in life. Smart, smart girl, guaranteed a full ride scholarship as a junior and would have been class valedictorian, but she had an amazing knack for failing at every day tasks. Even the nastiest of life's events can become ways to connect to people.
