You are wrong because I do not like nuts or coffee. Also bananas in ice cream, because that has always struck me as just weird.

Not liking nuts is a valid reason to be dissuaded from the pear/pecan flavor, and ditto for the tiramisu if you don't like coffee. Haagen Daaz Banana Split, though, does not actually have any discernible banana flavor or content. What it does have is a base of "whipped cream ice cream" that is unbelievable, along with an absolutely amazing chocolate fudge swirl, plus cherries and strawberries.

I had gelato when I was in Montauk, and I couldn't taste a difference between that and ice cream. What's the difference? The price?

The texture is much more amazing. So is the flavor. Basically you are not an ice cream/gelato connoisseur. Fix that!
