Rice Divine has a Carrot Cake flavor.  It's a cake and cream cheese flavored base with chunks of carrot cake in it.  It is pretty good, but might be weird if you're used to eating real ice cream.  Rice Divine is made of rice milk. 

I discovered Purely Decadent soy ice cream and I don't even miss the regular stuff.  It is so many kinds of good.  The Turtle Trails has chocolate covered praline pecan pieces and swirls of caramel.  If I had any money, I would gladly eat it even though it has been -20 Fahrenheit.  When I get paid next Friday, I am going grocery shopping, and it will be good. 

What is not good is this strawberry bagel I just tried to eat.  I gave the rest of it to my cat.  He is going to town on it.
