Drill King's series has me wondering what the deal is with the instinct to grab the hat when taking a picture of yourself in one. To emphasize its importance in the photo? To make it look like there are hurricane-force gales in your bedroom trying to blow away your chapeau?

I am guessing it had more to do with not falling over, but I like yours better.

I think it's because the only one that isn't supposed to be pinned down with bobby pins is the white one.
But besides that, I'm not sure, same reason when taking pictures with cats you wanna put it right near your face I guess.
