It wouldn't surprise me at all if the in-game music is copyrighted. It's good. Can't place it, though, don't play JRPGs.

Anyway, it's too late now, this is half (really good) game and all meme. Doesn't mean they won't get sued.

I doubt they'll get sued because 1) they aren't making a profit off the game and 2) it's hilarious and I'm sure if anyone in the game got wind of it, they'd probably laugh.
