Actually I think the quality of the comic has dropped significantly. It's just not that funny anymore. As matt said earlier, the earlier ones were much better.

I usually don't like them.  They've just gotten so top-heavy that they feel that anything they draw is funny.

I did, however, find this one lovely;

I find about 1/10 comics funny. Most of them are mediocre and some of them are pretty bad. I will occasionally look through them after long hiatus, so I guess they're doing something right.

mattgcn:
A couple gems and a lot of crap but overall enjoyable. It's good to read after XKCD for humour-style contrast.

Christophe:
While I have a really crude and low sense of humor, I find C&H to be puerile crap most of the time. Sometimes there will be a comic that's funny, but most of the time it's bad.

I have to say that I actually enjoy the ones posted on this topic so far.
