Doesn't look too bad. Maybe if you got rid of the lettuce, severely held back on the worcestershire sauce and used a nicer cheese.

mayonnaise is essentially vegetable oil. i think i looked at the nutrition information for a packet of mayo once - virtually all of the calories come from fat.
