Chipotle sounds really good right now. I know I'm going to a Mexican-style restaurant (no, not authentic, but still delicious), but I just want Chipotle. Stuff is addictive.

Perhaps, but Chinese food, and Indian (and I don't know what else), was adapted for British tastes, or because the right ingredients weren't available. I rememer hearing that lemon chicken is foriegn to actually Chinese chefs.
