Dead child are tight. They're like this wild iron maiden/queen/slint combination. I have no idea why, but for some reason it weirds me out when people outside of louisville care about the music here. Maybe its because I live in fucking kentucky, and kind of expect people to ignore us.

Okay so this article must exist because their debut is coming out soon/just came out.

We should get this album in the mediafire thread. This band sounds pretty cool.

The samples on the myspace are pretty good, nothing unique or special. Their album comes out on April 8.

[EDIT - Apparently they've already got a self titled EP out. It's being a real bitch to get a hold of, though. Searching for 'dead child' can have some pretty unsavoury results. ]
