Spring Break! Hooray! (No Boobs)

I think we should have the time. We'll be in San Antonio from Wednesday afternoon until Friday morning, so if we can't get there for breakfast we'll definately be able to go at some point.
So if you know of any other good restaurants or cool places to visit, I am taking suggestions.

Also, I forgot to mention that for the first half of spring break, I will be ushering my friend (whom I will hereafter refer to as "perfect friend") around London because she booked a ticket last year and invited herself as soon as she heard I was accepted to a school here.
Anybody got any ideas? So far I've got "go to Hyde Park/introduce her to Sexy Professor/ice skating at The Museum of Natural History/take her to the London Eye and push her out because she is so frucking perfect all the time."
It just feels like something is missing, y'know?
After my parents pick me up, she is going to stay with her burly boyfriend who looks a little like fred durst not sayin, just sayin in Grosvenor, where she will presumably stay inside for the rest of her stay.
Four days - what is necessary to do in London?
