Not that my opinion matters much, the this is the winner of the Faye lookalike to me. By a long shot.

I know it's been several weeks since anyone posted to this particular thread, but could not resist posting a picture of my college buddy Rae in the Penelope-Look-A-Like catagory. Granted, her personality is unlike any QC character I've come across, but I feel she's a dead ringer for Pen.
Sorry if the image is big. Alas, I don't know anyone else who could pass for a QC character lookalike, but I think I picked a winner.
