Man that's what I'm worried the most about. If it's Russia vs. NATO, considering NATO built the Durrės-Tiranė-Kukės highway expressly as a means of providing a supply line for KFOR, I can assure you that there probably ain't a spot on that road that isn't gonna get bombed.
