Bad cartoons you remember growing up!

petmilk:
THE TICK. then it was live action and agh. bad choices. didn't pound puppies have a cartoon too? glow worms! the eighties were all about product tie-ins. oh wait, so is every cartoon ever.

i'm glad so many people remember street sharks! i thought it had faded into tmnt-imitation obscurity.

i didn't have cable as a child, so i watched a lot of little lulu and popeye on an old vhs. the three stooges was also on this tape, but they were live action and SUCKED, so got the fast-forward treatment.

frunK:
Sorry you fail, The Tick is awesome in all of his forms.

niftysnail:
I have to disagree the live action tick was perty bad but cartoon tick was pure gold

petmilk:
no, agh, i remember the tick was on right after animaniacs (batman came BEFORE, i think ... well, i don't know, i just know it either preceded/succeeded some show i was really into) and i remember thinking it was the stupidest thing ever. i think i would probably like the concept now that i'm older, but 5-year-old me had nothing but ire toward the execution of said concept.

laizeohbeets:
I think they occasionally switched Batman and the Animaniacs. Sometimes Batman was on before, sometimes it was on after. I don't know, and I should remember, because I have Batman love hardcore. Maybe it was Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures.

Oh, man, and anyone remember the really painful Attack of the Killer Tomatoes cartoon around the same era as Ninja Turtles? Man, that was bad.

What really annoyed me was when the Cartoon Network came out and they showed all those old 70s cartoons. I really hated when the whites of everyones' eyes were the color of their skin. Drove me crazy. I'm pretty sure Scooby Doo was one of the ones that annoyed me so much for that.
