Man the Italian models doing it aren't nearly as funny as the Japanese contestants. Except for a couple who seemed to be enjoying themselves, they mostly come across as a bunch of prima donnas too good for the game.

That's probably because there isn't a nation on earth that is capable of understanding nor emulating how truly fucking bizarre modern Japanese pop-culture can be. The only thing that comes close is Spike TV (the only channel worth watching ever) and 4chan.
