How do you hurt your abs during sex?

Before anybody says, "If you haven't hurt your abs, you're not doing it right." I'm sure I've done it right.

By having an orgasm. The muscles in your stomach tighten, and it can be sore sometimes. Especially if you're having a lot of sex.

Adah:
It can depend on the position.  I've had my abs hurt after being on top, especially when more upright.  But what will really kill them is if you're on bottom, but leaning up towards the person for an extended period of time, in a sort of half-sit up position.  And I am now going to hope my parents never discover that I've discussed my sex life online.
