Fondu is excellent, whether it be cheese or chocolate. Particularly Fondu at The Melting Pot.

Banana pudding with meringue and vanilla wafers, homemade by my mom. Hands down the best thing ever. After that its all kinds of pie and cobblers. Key Lime being the best.

lemon meringue pie, or Calamari (I know MOST people think of Calamari as an appetizer, but I like to finish a meal with it)

i made my flatmates fall in love with me by making mudcake .... were talking the kind where you have to slowly melt chocolate over the stove and slow cook the cake for like 2 hours, it is god damn tastegasmic tho
on another dessert note i am also a sucker for a baskin and robbins brownie sundae, those things are amazing
