Aborigines are part of the land and it is part of them, the idea of *owning* land is nigh incomprehensible to their concept of dadirri.
6.15% of Australia's total land mass is arable land, the rest is almost useless.
Basically, there isn't any more room for more fully functional nations in Australia.
