Yesterday, I saw a guy wearing QC merch.
mooface:
about a year ago one of my housemates had a couple friends come visit us over here in rome. one of them turned out to be dan haaga. as in this dan haaga. it turns out his older brother went to school with jeph and he told jeph to update indietits at a party (or something along those lines).
there are only a couple other people i know who read QC at all (one of which was the person who convinced me to join up with the forums 3 years ago). i've never seen anybody wearing any qc merchandise but then again i don't even own any myself.
jeph:
Weirdest QC merchspotting I ever had was when Cristi and I were wandering around Soho the night before MoCCA in NYC last year and a random dude walked by in a hobocore shirt.
tania:
people wear so much qc merch here i barely even bat an eye anymore. it is everybody's favourite comic. i don't think they even read any other comic. there have been at least 5 or 6 different occasions where the moment i even mention music i listen to or that i read webcomics the immediate response is "oh tania, you definitely need to read questionable content!" which of course isn't a bad thing at all. mostly i am wondering whether jeph had any idea his comic would end up appealing so perfectly to 18-25 year old hipster university students in southern ontario.
jhocking:
As a matter of fact, his focus group consists entirely of 18-25 year old hipster university students from southern ontario.
Jimmy the Squid:
I once saw a guy wearing the SCIENCE! (It works, bitches) t-shirt from xkcd. It made me smile.
