I was hoping it was about LOST like the TV show, but it wasn't.  But I actually think it's a pretty interesting experiment.

Yah I had originally found it by googling "Lost the Game" but thought it was pretty cool.  I think it's also got the Lost TV show element of a countdown and people being interconnected.

That is a very weird thing indeed.

Only problem is that they got the pyramid thing wrong. The more the separation, the more points each person should have to give.

"I invite you, give me 24 points, and the person you invite gives you 48 points and you give half to me, anyone that person invites gives 96 and gives 24 each to each of us" and so on.
