WI's got some pretty goofy cities named from Native American words. Examples: Oconomowoc, Weyauwega, Kinnickinnic. Also, I have a friend from butternut, WI.

Yeah, but I go all over Washington, so I've seen a few places

Johnny Cash don't wanna mess with this.

I spent three weeks at Whitman for a debate camp and my general impression was that Walla walla is a quiet town.  Kinda ugly except for the campus of Whitman and a pretty sweet park.  It's very deserty but I really liked the people and atmosphere of the folks in Walla Walla.

Man, this isn't true at all, in my personal experience.  I lost my virginity within seven or eight weeks of moving back in with my parents.  But I'm also moving out again soon, so maybe I'm an exception to this rule?  Or maybe it's just the fact that I'm young enough that most of my friends haven't even moved away a first time.

Either way, Washington is a gorgeous state, and if you're into extreme sports, there's a pretty good skiing / snowboarding / windsurfing / mountain climbing community up there.  From what I hear.
