Man, pedophilia is seriously not OK.
I can't really see, however, why braces would get in the way unless the girl was crazily inexperienced. Even then, I think it's common sense not to use teeth. I've never had that problem with a girl, even the couple who were inexperienced as can be.
As far as aesthetics, they are a little gross sometimes. Usually they're pretty gunked up with miscellanea.
