this is a really subpar answer, but i have never minded the taste of semen so if i'm with a guy i really like, i'll do it on account it's a nice thing to do and he will probably appreciate it a lot. if i don't really like the guy chances are i won't go down on him in the first place.
if a girl really hates swallowing i don't think she should do it.

To be honest, the idea of getting a blowjob doesn't really turn me on. Therefore, I wouldn't really care if she swallowed or not.
I don't know why, but... the idea of giving a woman oral just turns me on more than the idea of receiving oral.
