That's a nice part of Colorado, too.

It raises a lot of questions, though.On its face it looks just like a way to easily compile a book of essays (entering an essay entails forfeiture of rights to the work), but that seems a benign purpose for giving away a fuckin' house. There's got to be a scheme.
