1) With all these crazy things happening in the apartment complex, (pintsize, gongs, pintsize) shouldn't there be a crazy landlord/lady character?

2) Jeph, once you reach 2000 comics that you have done yourself and aren't copouts (this takes out guest strips, turkey strips, and yelling bird strips), you get $200 from me!

Depends. The owner doesn't always live in the same building as their tenants. Usually you only see that on TV because it makes for some easy drama. (Remember all the times Fred and Ethel threatened to evict the Ricardos?)
