Today, I've been awake for 19 hours, have run 8 miles through hills and mud, and am about to go to a barbecue. I finished first both times I ran the trail (considering I set it, that wasn't hard) and then proceeded to beer it up and flirt with really cute ladies.

Earlier, I had some breakfast. Right now, I am having an early lunch of a bagel and cranberry juice.

Later, I will go to my friend's apartment, where we will watch baseball and eat pizza.
