Someone on gabbly always comes on as an anonymous gabbler. When I am there, they say

Every time. Well, obviously, every time I am there.

Anyone who can tell me who this is and why they behave this way, you would be much appreciated! Did I offend them terribly? Is this a gabbly regular?

The thing that annoys me, is that they know my name, so I assume I know them, maybe vaguely. But I don't know anyone who has a major grudge against me and would say something like this. Secondly, as they never tell me who they are, I don't even know what to do. I'm a big advocate of troubleshooting by going to the root of the problem and improving communication.

It sounds silly to care about what seems like a trivial thing. But it throws me off my whole day that someone can be so against me. I anyone has known about how this anon acts when I'm not there, I'd be glad to hear anything really!

Edit:
I heard that Kieffer was banned. I guess it's okay for me to infer what has gone on between him and I. Let's just say we don't get along very well. The reasons I don't think it is Kieffer as as follows: He has never addressed me by my real name, and he would never leave gabbly because of me. These are pretty compelling arguments.

Well, you and Tommy had some awkward moments a while back, maybe it has something to do with that?

Otherwise I have no idea, unless it's someone who is already in gabbly, opening up gabbly in another screen to mess with you.

That is exactly the kind of thing I'd do, pop in with a different window just to mess with you.
I'm not in gabbly nearly often enough to do that, though.

Then it would be helpful for whoever friend who is doing that to - let me know!

Because jokes are only funny if you get a laugh out of them. If you knew it just made me upset [because you're in gabbly watching], then why would you continue?
