The old pokemon were a bunch of shit. Jinx, Duduo, Polygon, Zubat, Jigglypuff, Bellsprout. These were all pretty useless pokemon when it came time for the Elite Four.

What I'm trying to say is that for every 5 shit pokemon there's about 1 good pokemon, regardless of game/Generation.

This is like saying food is shit because lima beans, brussel sprouts, liver, okra, and geoduck are all horrible things to serve at dinner.
