Guys, if Shane doesn't need a passport you could just contribute that money to my passport fund, I need one too! Except that it isn't lack of money that's my problem, it's the fact that there's no one in a 100 mile radius who has known me for long enough to countersign it.
Anyone want to commit federal fraud and sign my passport application for me?
